J'ai l'impression que les gens ne savent pas grand chose sur ce qui est permis et interdit aux Philippines.
Saviez vous que le président français Emmanuel Macron avait 17 ans quand il fut séduit par son professeur de 40 ans, Brigitte, alors mariée ? En France, on parle de détournement de mineur lorsqu'une personne majeure soustrait une personne de moins de 18 ans à l'autorité de ses parents (peu importe qu'elle ait ou non des rapports sexuels avec elle). Elle risque alors jusqu'à 5 ans d'emprisonnement et 75 000 € d'amende (art. 227-8 du Code pénal).
Voyons maintenant ce qu'il en est des Philippines.
Selon les termes de la loi, si la fille a 18 ans (elle est alors majeure) ou plus, pas de problème.
Si elle a 17 ans, cela peut passer.
Si elle a entre 12 et 17 ans, il ne faut pas qu'il y ait plus de 10 ans de différence d'âge entre les 2.
Si elle a moins de 13 ans, ce sera forcément considéré comme un viol. On peut remplacer fille par garçon pour ceux qui sont attirés par les hommes plutôt que les femmes.
En ce qui concerne les hôtels aux Philippines, si vous n'avez pas de relation parentale avec une personne mineure, vous ne pourrez pas l'emmener avec vous. Je pense qu'il y a une responsabilité de l'hôtel de veiller aux règles de la protection des mineurs.
Certains conseillent de demander la carte d'identité de la fille si vous n'êtes pas sûr qu'elle soit majeure.
L'hôtel peut aussi conserver la carte d'identité de votre invitée si elle vous rejoint la nuit dans votre chambre. Ceci au cas où elle vous aurait volé quelque chose.

The minimum age for consensual sex is 12 years. United States' Country Reports on Human Rights Practices lists the age of consent of Philippines as 12. Sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 12 is defined as rape, under Chapter 3, Article 266 of the Anti-Rape Law of 1997.
The minimum age for consensual sex is 12 years. The statutory rape law criminalizes sex with minors under age 12 and sex with a child under age 18 involving force, threat, or intimidation. The maximum penalty for child rape is 40 years in prison plus a lifetime bar from political office.
However, while consensual sex with a person under age 18 is not statutory rape, it is still a violation of the law if the child is found to be "exploited in prostitution or subject to other sexual abuse".Under Republic Act No. 7610, a child is defined as a person below 18 years of age and the law reads:
Article III, Section 5. Child Prostitution and Other Sexual Abuse.
Children, whether male or female, who for money, profit, or any other consideration or due to the coercion or influence of any adult, syndicate or group, indulge in sexual intercourse or lascivious conduct, are deemed to be children exploited in prostitution and other sexual abuse.
"Other sexual abuse" requires "some form of compulsion equivalent to intimidation". The courts have specified that "influence" means "improper use of power or trust in any way that deprives a person of free will and substitute’s another’s objective".
Although it does not specifically deal with sexual activity, Article VI, Section 10 of Republic Act 7610 can be considered to establish a de facto maximum close in age exception of 10 years for minors aged 12–17.
ARTICLE VI Other Acts of Abuse
Section 10. Other Acts of Neglect, Abuse, Cruelty or Exploitation and Other Conditions Prejudicial to the Child's Development...
(b) Any person who shall keep or have in his company a minor, twelve years or under or who in ten (10) years or more his junior in any public or private place, hotel, motel, beer joint, discotheque, cabaret, pension house, sauna or massage parlor, beach and/or other tourist resort or similar places shall suffer the penalty of prison mayor in its maximum period and a fine of not less than Fifty thousand pesos (P50,000): Provided, That this provision shall not apply to any person who is related within the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity or any bond recognized by law, local custom and tradition or acts in the performance of a social, moral or legal duty.
Articles 337–338 of the same Anti-Rape Law of 1997 specifies the crime of "simple seduction"; this requires gaining the consent of a 12-17-year-old through the use of deceit (generally a false promise of marriage),[84] and Article 343 that defines eloping with a girl 12–18 as consented abduction, which is also outlawed.
Proposals have been made to increase the age of sexual consent from the current 12 to 18 years old.
