Obtain a visa to come to France

You will find on the site https://france-visas.gouv.fr the different possibilities to have a visa to come to France?

Short or long term hiring
► Your situation
The employment contract that is offered to you is a fixed-term or indefinite contract. Your employer may be an individual employer for home work, a business or any other organization.
► Requirement of prior work authorization
The employer or the company located in France, which plans to recruit you must request a prior authorization from the French administration using the form 15187 * 02.
Your employer is exempt from this obligation if the object of your employment contract, of a duration less than or equal to 90 days, is to participate in:
    A sporting, cultural, artistic or scientific event;
    A conference, a seminar or a trade show;
    The production and the cinematographic or audiovisual broadcast of a show or the phonographic edition as an artist or technician;
    Occasional teaching activities by visiting and visiting professors in France;
    To the services of your employer (excluding companies) during his stay in France.
The exemption is also applicable to modeling and artistic pose activities. Attention, if you are represented by a modeling agency, it must fill out the form relating to the collaboration agreement of a foreign dummy (pdf [0.7 MB]).
► Your visa
The visa that will be issued to you will be adapted to the duration of your stay and the characteristics of your employment contract:
    A short-stay visa with a validity of 180 days or less for a presence in France, whether or not it continues, not less than 90 days;
    A long-stay visa valid for a residence permit of a maximum duration of 12 months:
        With the mention "employee" for a contract of indefinite duration;
        With the mention "temporary worker" for a fixed-term contract;
        It must be validated within 3 months after your arrival in France.
► Your proofs
You will have to attach to your visa application the work permit that has been granted to your employer. If you are an employee of an individual, you will need to attach the undertaking form (pdf [0.9 MB]) completed and signed by your employer.
The supporting documents relating to your personal and professional situation are specified in the visa assistant.
Attention: in the event of exemption from the work permit, you must justify that the missions or the temporary activities that you will have to carry out in France fall under the exceptions and that they are related to the functions that you exert in your employer abroad.

For example : Baby-sitter (nounou native speaking naturally English) :
If a Filipino wants to work in France for an individual, for example as a baby sitter or housekeeper, the French employer (or the company based in France), who plans to recruit you must seek prior authorization from the French administration using the form 15187 * 02.

The French employer who wants to bring a Filipino in France will have to fill the form which is here: https://france-visas.gouv.fr/web/france-visas/formulaires

Your employer is exempt from this obligation (the form 15187 * 02) if the object of your employment contract, of a duration less than or equal to 90 days, is to participate in:
     A sporting, cultural, artistic or scientific event;
     A conference, a seminar or a trade show;
     The production and the cinematographic or audiovisual broadcast of a show or the phonographic edition as an artist or technician;
     Occasional teaching activities by visiting and visiting professors in France;
     To the services of your employer (excluding companies) during his stay in France.

In the latter case, it means that you already have an employer (a person) in the Philippines and that he wants you with him (or her) during his stay in France.

The exemption is also applicable to modeling and artistic pose activities. Attention, if you are represented by a modeling agency, it must fill out the form relating to the collaboration agreement of a foreign dummy (pdf [0.7 MB]).

I have not finished exploring the possibilities on https://france-visas.gouv.fr/web/france-visas/
But it is certain that the French government easily gives visas to people with high degrees or recognized talents, be it in the sports, artistic, scientific or other fields.

To come to France, there is always the tourist visa that does not require any talent, the contract of employment with a French employer who agrees to pay the formalities of the visa.
